We’re looking for a few good interns to join us for the summer. Give us your energy, enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge, and we’ll give you the experience of a lifetime. More than just a resume-builder, our internship program will challenge your expectations, broaden your horizons, and show you why advertising is our passion and why we live to influence popular culture.

Candidates are given the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals in a wide variety of disciplines, including:

Account Management / Client Services/ Sports & Entertainment Marketing – Responsible for the management of agency work and relationships with clients.

Production (Broadcast/Digital) – Responsible for the production of integrated content creation across multiple platforms, including broadcast, digital, print and social media.

Media Planning / Communications – Responsible for planning the purchase of ad space for clients. Planners decide when and where ads should be placed and then negotiate rates for ads.

Strategic Planning – Responsible for researching consumer truths and insights that help guide the agency’s creative work, ensuring the work will be relevant to consumers and effective in the marketplace.

Social Media – Responsible for using various social media tools to prepare innovative social campaigns and work with top influencers in the industry.

The Conill Intern Program will provide real advertising experience, opportunities to contribute to award-winning work, respectable résumé padding, and all the Agency Kitchen leftovers you can eat :).

We will have a weekly speaker series where you will have the opportunity to interact with our leadership team and learn how they got to where they are today.

Terms:

Duration of internship: Beginning June 4th and lasting until August 3rd; commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. All Internship are paid.

Must be currently enrolled in college. Open to rising juniors and seniors, new college graduates, and grad students.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Travel/housing expenses are not provided.

Internship application submission process ends March 12th, 2017.

Intern selections will be made the first week of April 2017.

Internships will be for the Los Angeles office only.
