Position: Audio / Visual Engineer and Coordinator

Location: Bloomington IN US

Responsible for coordinating Audio and Video Services for authors; source and vet freelance filmmakers; fulfill audio and video services.

Key Functions

Coordinate fulfillment of Audio and Video Services; track all projects through to completion

Source and vet voiceover actors as needed

Record and engineer audio products

Coordinate fulfillment of Author Video services; track all projects through to completion

Source and vet freelance filmmakers, video engineers and scripts as needed

Clean up audio on Author Video services as needed

Send video files for broadcast fulfillment as needed

Best Practices

Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs

Follows established processes as outlined by Manager

Participates in process review and improvement with Manager

Complete assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skill set

Consistently produces a high volume of quality work

Is capable and adapts as needed to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge / Education

Community College or University degree required

Must have at least two years’ experience

Specific Skills

Superior knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail, Internet use, and typing skills at 50 WPM

Must have working knowledge of PROTOOLS 11, Apogee systems, Mac & Windows software and Adobe software
