Position: Computer Programming Visualization Specialist

This position will be a part of a team of developers working on Interactive 3D visualization and simulation applications in the medical space using cutting edge technology such as augmented and virtual reality, 3D CAD walls, Hololens, and caves. This position consists of design and development of custom software for rendering and animation of complex 3D worlds. The visualization programming specialist will work closely with a team of artists, interaction designers and medical specialists to develop simulations for education and training. Candidates should be able to write efficient and compelling 3D simulations using rendering and physics engines.

• EON Professional 5.5

• Arnold

• Advanced knowledge of MS Visual Studio

• VR Hardware ( CAVE , Cluster Displays, HMD )

• Working knowledge of AR/VR software (i.e. EON Reality, Unity, Mimics)

• Working knowledge of visualization software (i.e. After Effects Adobe software, 3D Studio

Max, Maya) for educational design and construction of animated models.

• Foundational understanding of VR equipment for design, demonstration, trouble shooting of daily operation, knowledge of operating systems and potential conflicts, maintenance and

specific upgrades for licensed software.

• Experience developing various systems in a gaming engine such as: Networking, Audio,

Scripting, Physics, Graphics, GUI , AI, Entity Management, Multithreading, and Gameplay

Integration.

• Experience with Unity, Unreal, CryEngine or other 3D game engines preferred.

• Experience with Shader Model 5 preferred

•Ability to teach basic computer programming principles to others (i.e. student interns,

students, etc)

•Integrates new tools and technologies to meet educators’ and customers’ needs.
