Position: Manager, Creative Video

This role will lead a team of employees, will report to the Director of Business Communications as a key member of the ES Communications team, and will be based in Hudson, NH.
Pitch and execute original story concepts. Bring cutting-edge technology and innovation to life through storytelling. Produce/film/edit videos utilizing script writing and production skills. Bring a creative, continuous improvement mindset to the team. Oversee all projects from start to finish. Work to tight deadlines. Lead a diverse team across multiple sites. Manage, mentor, develop and retain talent. Ensure the video team is optimally structured, aligned and collaborating in order to deliver work product with maximum impact. Ensure message and brand alignment throughout all video productions. Collaborate with BAE Systems Inc. and BAE Systems Plc Communications teams on strategic multimedia initiatives. Typical Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education
B.S. degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field plus at least 12 years of related multimedia communications experience, especially working in a creative or digital agency.
Expertise producing, filming and editing videos.
Demonstrated strong writing skills.
Superior verbal communications skills are essential to this role along with experience in various communications media, procedures and concepts.
Must be a strong team builder, networker and motivator.
Ability to simultaneously initiate, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
