We are looking for a Product Designer to help us:
Define and deliver clean, intuitive experiences across our product offerings. Our designers are involved in the full range of product development, from first concept through launch and refinement, and as a result you will need to apply skills across multiple facets of design including UX, interaction, and visual.
Partner with PMs, designers, engineers, and marketing teammates to transform raw and sometimes ambiguous design challenges into great user experiences
Deliver elegant workflows, wireframes, and visual designs to fuel product development
Collaborate with other designers to shepherd a culture of design thinking for the company
Synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, partners, and user studies to solve problems in usability and maximize user satisfaction
3+ years of design experience. Bonus points for illustration and/or motion graphics.
Proficiency in Sketch, InVision Photoshop or a similar design stack. Knowledge of front end web development methodologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress) and version control (git) is helpful.
Experience with user-centered design methodologies and usability
Prior experience shipping software products, ideally for web and mobile
Strong communication and ability to articulate your design decisions
