We offer dual specialties in both event production and design and multi-media live broadcast production, and social media integration, in-house. We specialize in high concept environments, multi-media, and technology driven installations, award show production, media content, live concerts, press conference/live broadcast and live stream production, engaging social media integrations, celebrity/tastemaker events, and overall event management and logistics.


We’re looking for Event Production Interns interested in immersing themselves in the fast paced world of event production. The internship is unpaid and for students seeking college credit and looking for experience in the fields of marketing and event production.

This internship period runs between January – June, with dates being flexible.

This internship is for our Los Angeles office only!

Responsibilities and Duties


Provide research on new design, activation and event concepts

Assist in creation of presentation and creative materials including writing event specific materials Collaborate on team presentations for management and clients

Assist on specific projects assigned by production team members including by not limited to vendor and venue research, furniture/decor selection, vendor management, insurance procurement, etc. Answer phones, run errands and other general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills


Must be currently enrolled in a degree program with a college credit opportunity

Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Familiarity with social media platforms Familiarity with Gmail/Google Docs

Excellent Internet research skills

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable

Must be able to work a minimum of 12-14 hours per week and meet requirements specified by college

Must have own transportation

Must have personal laptop/computer

Experience with Adobe InDesign, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus
