SEATAC, WA — Professional video and audio systems integration firm Advanced Broadcast Solutions (ABS) today announced three additions to its engineering team. Rick Belmore, CTS, CSS-D, DMC-D-4K, is the new senior project manager, effective July 14. Justin Friesen, who also joined the company in July, serves as an engineer and project manager, while Jamison Jensen, CBT, has been a CAD designer for ABS since March.
Belmore has spent more than 20 years in the AV industry, most recently as project manager for Tempest Technologies, and almost 20 years managing commercial and residential construction projects. He also served as a real-time collaboration technician for Microsoft Meeting Solutions, and has been a freelance audio producer, sound designer and engineer since 1993.
An accomplished musician, Friesen has more than 10 years of experience in AV system design, tour sound and recording. He was the lead system designer for LIFT AV – providing audio, video, lighting and networking system designs and integration – and currently serves as music producer and front of house engineer for New Life Church.
Jensen has been named a Certified Broadcast Technologist by the Society of Broadcast Engineers. Before joining ABS, he spent two years in live and independent television production.
“We have been very fortunate to bolster our engineering team with three great new hires,” said Mark Siegel, president of ABS. “Rick has a very unique combination of AV and construction experience, which will be a great benefit for our customers. Justin is able to apply his knowledge of live music production and AV systems to a variety of projects. And Jamison’s fabrication drawing skills have been very important during the design phase of several projects.”
Belmore, Friesen and Jensen are all based out of the company’s main office in SeaTac. Contact them at 206-870-0244 or via e-mail at [email protected],[email protected], and[email protected].
