Adder Technology, the IP-based, high performance KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) specialist, has announced the appointment of Loki Ong as VP Sales for the APAC region. This is the latest decision from Adder in what is a strategic effort to further improve growth on a global scale.
With extensive sales knowledge and experience in KVM technology that dates back to 2004, Ong will be working within Adder’s global sales team, and will be primarily responsible for driving sales of Adder’s IP-based KVM products and solutions in APAC.
Before joining Adder, Ong spent seven years as Head of Sales for Infilan Pte Ltd, a value-added distributor of datacentre solutions based in Singapore. Working with reputable brands including Emerson Network Power (now known as Vertiv), Ong was responsible for managing a sales team that operated within numerous verticals within Singapore and south-east Asia, including Hong Kong. Ong is also a DCPRO-certified datacentre practitioner.
“It is great to be joining Adder at what is such an exciting time for the company,” says Ong. “I’ve been working with KVM technology for a long time now, and so working for the leading IP-based KVM solutions provider in the world is a very exciting prospect. I feel I have a lot to contribute to Adder in its bid to expand further on a global scale, and I can’t wait to get started.”
Neil Hillier, Senior VP Sales and Marketing says: “We’re very pleased to be welcoming Loki on board as the latest addition to the Adder team. He is ideally suited to this role, with plenty of experience working with KVM technology and a comprehensive understanding of the markets in south-east Asia. I am looking forward to working together to continue to support the growth of our high performance, IP-based KVM solutions.“
Loki assumes his role at Adder Technology with immediate effect.
