-Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans
-Monitor day-to-day activities of the project and ensure work is progressing as planned
-Manage schedule, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
-Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables working across project(s) based on scope of work, project goals, and Creative Director’s direction
-Consistently identify needs that Creative, Marketing, and Businesses may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
-Bachelors Degree and 3-5+ years experience in interactive project management
-Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies
-Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
-Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
-Understanding of business and functional requirements
-Experience with the design and development websites and an understanding of web technologies and third party applications and platforms
-Mobile and social media/community experience an asset
-Understanding of complex application development projects a plus
-Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with ever-changing deadlines
-Proven ability to solve problems; a realistic understanding of when and how to elevate an issue
-Demonstrated ability to maintain a mature, calm, and professional relationship with clients, coworkers, and management
-Ability to be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work as part of a team to make compromises that meet the needs of all parties
-Enthusiastic team player who looks out for others, provides guidance, and readily shares knowledge
