– Able to handle (and even enjoy) stressful situations with poise, grace, humor and kindness
– Good listener who truly enjoys other people and wants to help them
– At least 2 years professional experience working in documentary or commercial production and/or project management.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong aptitude for numbers and solid Excel skills
– Very comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at once
