Degree in Business or Accounting or a related field preferred plus 3 to 5 years of total work experience, four managing vendors.
– Must have excellent and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Peoplesoft, Quickbooks and Filemaker a plus.
– Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized. Must have ability to perform in-depth research, account analysis and reconciliation.
– Must be motivated and dependable, able to work with limited direction and supervision; able to prioritize workload, manage time efficiently and consistently meet required deadlines.
– Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and take initiative to resolve issues in assigned areas of responsibility.
