Job Description:
– Develop, design, modify, optimize and debug graphics and related engine systems
– Deploy, evaluate performance and test software on Xbox One/PS4/Windows/360/PS3 platforms
– Collaborate with engineering, design and art teams on graphics engine design and implementation
– Document software and features for engineering, design and art teams
– Participate in the design, performance and code review process
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math related field
– Shipped one or more console game titles
– 5+ years of experience working with Computer Graphics in the game industry
– Extensive background with code and data optimization
– Experience writing shaders in HLSL, Cg or GLSL
– Strong math skills
– Solid background in computer and GPU architectures
– Fluent in a modern 3D graphics API (OpenGL, Direct3D, or console equivalent)
– Familiarity using PIX, GPAD or similar GPU performance analysis tool
– Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming
– Good communicator that enjoys collaboration with other programmers, artists and designers
– Passion for real-time graphics and optimization
