This job is an entry-level position with a successful Post Production facility. High school diploma required. Communications/Film/TV College graduate preferred but not required. However, enthusiasm and sense of urgency are very important!
-Assisting with answering phones, filing paperwork and data entry, arranging lunches, dinners, and transportation reservations, photocopying, general office administration, and distributing production paperwork
-Distributing mail and packages
-Accurately recording and keeping track of a credit card expenditures log that you will need to maintain and taking care of petty cash
-Undertaking basic research into costs of purchasing props for shoots or rental equipment, airfare, hotel accommodations, and other office needs
-Cover the front desk as needed, including answering multi-line phones.
-Organization skills are a must!
