The Studio Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the studio, which includes oversight of the studio’s facilities, inventory, trucking and staffing. Working closely with the Studio Production Manager and Associate Studio Production Manager, s/he will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of our studio.
We are seeking an individual who is a pro-active, eager problem solver, and a good multi-tasker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a production environment and will be able to manage multiple projects at different phases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Actively facilitate and participate in production of dcor elements
*Assist in delegating daily assignments to studio staff in order to produce, procure and pack all props and elements for projects
*Assist in quality control process during production
*Assist in execution of design briefs – ensure production meets the design and quality expectation ultimately set by the Creative Director
*Monitor and update studio and facilities supplies
*Oversee inventory process for projects from truck packing to returned items after breakdown and update in house and storage inventories
*Oversee packing of trucks for installs
*Assist Studio Production Manager in maintaining a photo library of props
*Monitor and track all incoming packages and deliveries to studio
*Prepare daily Production Report
*Manage and coordinate daily studio production with direction from Production Manager
*Back up to the Studio Production Manager when out of office
