Duties include phones, maintaining executive’s schedule, managing incoming submissions, writing coverage, coordinating the intern program, tracking company projects in development, travel planning, research, and some office management. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written communication skills, a good phone manner, and the ability to multi-task. College degree required, and one year of agency experience preferred.
