Academy Award and Emmy nominated documentary film team seeks full-time Office/Production Coordinator for new films. Position starts immediately. Production office in Los Feliz. This position would directly report to line producer in matters of physical production and financial reporting. This position would not travel, but on occasion, may be required to be on set for shoots in or around Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring documentary film producer. The ideal candidate is meticulously organized and hard-working, with knowledge of doc filmmaking process and familiarity with production documents. They have good phone manner, excellent writing skills and follow-through. Things often change last minute, so this person must be a problem-solver and cannot get flustered easily. Must have experience on at least one feature length documentary and excellent references. Interest in social justice projects a plus.
