Tickets are now on sale for April 19thevent at Virgil’s BBQ, Las Vegas.

LAS VEGAS—Colorist Society and iColorist will host their 10th annual Colorist Mixer to coincide with NAB Show 2026 in Vegas. Open to colorists and other industry professionals, the event offers a unique opportunity to network and celebrate with peers. Attendees will have a chance to win raffle prizes from Colorist Society sponsors and test their expertise in color in the Color Quiz.

The Colorist Mixer at NAB 2026 will take place on Sunday, April 19 between 7 – 11 pm at Virgil’s BBQ in Las Vegas. Tickets are available at ColoristMixer.com and Eventbrite.

Colorist Society president Kevin Shaw says the organization has a lot to celebrate. “This year marks Colorist Society’s 10th anniversary,” he observes. “We reach this milestone as a growing organization – expanding our membership, broadening our geographic reach and enhancing our stature within the industry.

“We were founded to advance and advocate for color grading, and we continue to execute on that mission – most recently with the long-fought breakthrough of a recognized iMDb Color Department category. Our profession is central to visual storytelling, but dispersed across the globe. These events offer golden opportunities to come together, feel the global community we are in, and discuss our work.

“Our Colorist Mixer at NAB is the first of four in-person mixer events planned for our anniversary year. We look forward with great excitement to reconnecting with our members, colleagues and friends for an evening of good times, great conversation, new connections and fabulous prizes.”

This year’s event includes two ticketing options:

  • General Admission +3 Raffle Tickets ($55.09)
  • General Admission +1 Raffle Ticket ($33.77)

Both options include entry to the Mixer, smoked sliders station, two-hour open bar for beer and wine, and a ticket to enter to win the prize of your choosing.

The raffle will include prizes from Blackmagic Design, Barco, Calman, Cinnafilm, conform.tools, Dolby, Flanders Scientific Inc (FSI), fxphd, HP, LG, PixelTools, ProArt by ASUS, Professional Video Association (PVA), and others.

The Colorist Mixer will be held four times in 2026, at NAB, BIRTV, IBC and Camerimage. They are open to anyone interested in the world of color grading, digital intermediate, VFX, and editing for feature films, commercials, music videos, and television programs.

About the International Colorist Academy

The International Colorist Academy (iColorist) provides a range of training courses geared towards colorists and post-production facilities. iColorist courses are typically small and personal, and all the instructors have years of experience to share. We hold classes regularly in Los Angeles, New York, London, Sydney, Singapore, and other major cities around the world.
