(March 31, 2014) This week, Creation Effects announces the release of Creation Glitch Effects , an After Effects template for creating realistic, digital glitch effects for video footage. Compatible with CS3 and up, Creation Glitch Effects allows users to import their footage, and immediately export up to 19 glitch-look presets. Or, users can build their own unique glitch-look by combining any of the 200+ included effects. Effects can be customized with easy-to-use slider controls. Skipping, freezing, blocky displacement, RGB split, timecode jitter, pixel stretch, digital noise, and color corruption are some of the effects included in the template. Creation Glitch Effects is also the first product to “fake” the popular Datamosh effect, without the need to alter a video file’s code.
