If you appreciate the difference between having a “passion for food” and enjoying an “affordable, nutritious diet,” then you will feel at home with Natural Grocers.Job SummaryThe Creative Manager of Video is a Marketing position responsible for the successful leadership and full-cycle completion of all creative tasks assigned to the video department as they relate to corporate objectives and for strategically marketing the Natural Grocers brand.

This position is also responsible for marketing our company culture to our employees, ensuring that all Training Videos communicate our brand and values.Key Responsibilities include the following essential functions, but are not limited to: * Expert Videographer with strong innovation, creativity and editing competencies* Accountable for creating best in class consumer and internal company training and communications videos that address the strategic business objectives of Natural Grocers* Expert knowledge of video production and design, a creative thinker that thinks big-picture* Develops original concepts and designs while overseeing multiple projects through execution* Provides creative briefs and ideas for video that will elevate the brand and its message* Directly supervises two videographersAlthough this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.RequirementsEducation, Skills & Experience: * 5+ years’ experience providing creative and social driven concepts for video marketing* Expert Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere and the Adobe Creative Suite for Mac* Strong creative video portfolio, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in social and corporate communications* Advanced knowledge of video pre-production, production, post production* On-set experience making sure the brief of the video concept comes to life* Ability to develop high-level strategies and adjust alongside shifting goals* Experience with the moving pieces of creative and production and how they work together to create a premium product* Success in developing big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between brand and consumer, and supporting those ideas with thorough creative research* A demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media* Intellectual agility and team player* Ability to build robust shot lists and scripts to deliver to various crews* Commitment to excellence—working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation* Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spiritThis job description is not an employment contract.
