Foccus Digital is now the Grass Valley, a Belden Brand systems integrator in Brazil authorized to market the entire product line. Foccus began its role in March, taking responsibility for a set of accounts and markets for Grass Valley in Brazil and has already started work with its customers. Staff members participated and have been awarded qualifications form the Principal Grass Valley Summit and University held in February.
According to Cesar Donato, Commercial Director of the company, the Foccus has begun working with Grass Valley journalism, production, capture and editing solutions which are among those that have greatest appeal and interest from broadcasters and producers all over the country. Foccus Digital currently serves major Brazilian customers such as TV Globo, Band, EPTV, RICTV, CBN, Radio Disney, TV Record, TV Vanguard, Serra Dourada, Rede Massa, and Radio Energia among others.
Foccus Digital’s operating areas include the provision of complete infrastructure for processing and transmission of IP signals from a broad portfolio of partners. The portfolio offers various hardware, software, customized end-to-end solutions, services and project planning. In addition to technical expertise, the company specializes in the logistical import processes aligned with the requirements of Brazil and Latin America. Apart from Grass Valley, the company has among its strategic partners Aviat Networks, Belden, Coax Connectors, Domo Tactical Communications (DTC), ERI, Gates Air, and Soliton.
