ICS Merges with JMR Electronics to Develop New Line of Disruptive Duplication, Acquisition and Recovery Solutions

ICS Media MASSter 102 for On-Set and Studios Needing Extremely High Transfer Data Duplication

Intelligent Computer Solutions Inc. (ICS), the pioneering leader of disk drive duplication and computer forensic systems, announced this week its merger with JMR Electronics Inc. (JMR), a global leading provider of scalable data storage solutions.

The merger combines ICS’s 27 years of established market dominance in developing award winning disk drive duplication and computer forensic acquisition and analysis systems with JMR’s 35 years of experience as an ISO-9001 accredited company. The partnership leverages JMR’s sales, marketing and operational efficiencies with an end-to-end in-house integrated design and manufacturing resource base that includes circuit and software engineering, 3D CAD design, sheet metal fabrication, printed circuit and system assembly through final testing utilizing the latest in modern MRP processes to streamline production.

ICS will be launching multiple new enterprise level products targeted at the commercial duplication and computer forensic markets in early 2018. In addition, the company will debut a revolutionary portable and automatic plug-n-forget “one button” recovery device for the consumer PC/Mac and commercial IT markets in Q1 2018.

“This partnership leverages ICS’s almost three decades of product innovations and design capability with our ability to quickly commercialize and bring to market products that will provide the highest levels of performance and Quality of Service for consistent, predictable operation and reliability to real-life application environments,” said Josef Rabinovitz, President and CEO of JMR.

“Our two companies combined resources will now enable us to significantly accelerate the introduction of new products to the market,” added Gonen Ravid, President and CEO of ICS. “We will continue to drive customer-centric innovation while further establishing our technological leadership by working closely with OEMs and our channel partners to develop enabling data duplication, recovery and computer forensic solutions to better serve our long-time and future customers.”
