Now in its 18th year, the MediaMotion Ball is the place to be to meet and mingle with industry friends and peers.  Attendees enjoy a full multi-course sit-down dinner and dessert.  Buy your tickets early and online!  Last year, no tickets were available at the door.

imugXThe MediaMotion Ball is the longest-running, all-volunteer run and not-for-profit event for production professionals during the NAB Show.  Last year’s MediaMotion Ball set a record for attendance (over 400 people).  The event is open to everyone and is come-as-you are.  The event is brought to you by the International Media Users Group (IMUG) and the After Effects email list and is totally independent.

Event sponsors will have tables where you can ask questions and see their latest products.  Do stop in and say hello and say thanks for making the event possible. Sponsors include:

As of this posting, there are a limited number of sponsorships still available.  Don’t miss this chance for market directly to hundreds of your end users in one place.

When you register at the event, don’t forget to fill out a prize entry form and drop it in the barrel near the bar.  You must be present to win, and you don’t want to miss the great prizes.  Stop by the prize table to see what you might win.  It’s a winner’s choice prize system.  If your name is drawn, you choose the prize you want from those remaining.  The prizes will be drawn throughout the event, starting at 7:00 p.m.

Subsidized tickets (for end users) are $55.  The price of these tickets is subsidized by support from the financial sponsors of the MMB.

Unsubsidized tickets are $105.  Unsubsidized tickets are for owners or full time employees of companies that sell hardware or software to attendees of the MMB.  Attendees who are not end users and whose companies do not financially support the MMB should buy this ticket.  Buy tickets here.

The Monte Carlo Hotel is located at 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South.  It is about 4.5 miles from the 2015 NAB Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center.  If you need transportation, the SDX bus runs frequently from the LVCC and stops in front of the MGM Grand Showcase.  From there, it is a short walk across the street.  The event ends at 9:45, so the SDX will still be available to take you back to LVCC or other destinations along the strip.  Here is a route for both the SDX and the Deuce busses. You can buy a 24-hour pass for $6.

This event wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of the MediaMotionBall Core Organizing team:
