Mediaproxy to showcase new remote monitoring workflows at IBC 2025

Melbourne, Australia – 29 July 2025: Mediaproxy, the global standard for IP compliance monitoring and multiviewing solutions, will be at this year’s IBC on Stand 5.D76 in Amsterdam’s RAI Convention Centre with new products and the latest upgrades for its established systems. Making European debuts will be Monwall Server, new remote monitoring features and a licensing arrangement to deploy the company’s systems in the cloud as needed.

Key amongst these is the Monwall Server, an extension to Mediaproxy’s well-established multiviewer. This new option enables Monwall to produce streaming outputs, including streams in a variety of low-latency formats, along with the ability to generate mosaics for multi-screen display. As well as traditional multiviewing operations, the Server allows for software-based and hybrid working, which reduces the need for additional virtual servers or machines.

The new cloud license for Mediaproxy’s products creates an ad hoc service that enables deployment of LogServer and Monwall as required. This creates a scalable ‘pay-per-use’ model aimed at either non-linear channels or occasional usage, such as for major sports events, with the ability to add to or reduce the number of monitoring points as required.

“The new features for LogServer and the very significant addition of Monwall Server to our offering are not only a major move forward for Mediaproxy as a company but part of the ongoing development of our ‘Master Control Room at home’ concept,” comments chief executive Erik Otto. “The aim is not to replace MCRs or broadcast centers but give flexibility so that engineering managers or operators can work on their laptops from wherever they might be on with ultra-low-latency mosaics creating fully virtualized production workflows. We are excited to present the future of compliance monitoring at IBC 2025.”
