NAB2016: Product Showcase: AcidH200-UCHR & AcidZ50-UCHR

logoRoss Video Limited have designed the Acid H-200 and Acid Z-50 cameras to be a perfect fit for the Carbonite UltrachromeHR multi-channel chroma key processor (of course based on the Ross Carbonites line of production switchers). The big NAB news comes as the new Acid cameras were strictly designed with the true green screen environments in mind.  The standard output of SMPTE 4:2:2 and the added 0:4:4 full bandwidth color signal gives the new Carbonite UltachromeHR system a full 4:4:4 signal output! The Acid H200 is the higher of resolution and performance spec at 1080P while the Acid Z50 is at 1080i.

The higher end ACID H200 utilizes the very latest 2/3″ UAIT CMOS sensor that gives a very high quality image- @1100 TV lines of resolution being added by the three 2.6 Mega Pixel image senors and 2/3″ B4 lens mount. Ultra low noise @ better than 64dB (with DNR and -6dB Gain) and the Ultra Gain Range @ -6  to +36dB. Making the H200 a fully progressive top of the line performer.

The modestly priced ACID Z50 has both the 12 Vector Color Correction feature, the UltachromeHR 0:4:4 full resolution chroma output and the standard SMPTE 292 (1.5Gb) 4:2:2 video output that gives the end result a true 4:4:4 signal output. At 800 TV lines it is the perfect companion for the Ross Robotic Furio Pan/Tilt heads for legislative bodies, House of Worship, educational, and corporate communication systems.

RossAcidBoth Acid cameras come integrated with DashBoard controls for paint and set-up and can be combined with DashBoard connected products to tailor and create unique control interfaces for a number of different applications. They can be equipped with viewfinders, output adapters, and all the accessories necessary for full studio usage; and of course fit incredibly well with Ross robotic systems.

Make sure to visit the Ross Video Limited booth N3705 at NAB2016– to see how this wonderful technology can integrate into your next production!
