Pebble Beach Systems, a leader in automation, content management and integrated play-out announces the appointment of Tom Gittins as Chief Executive Officer. Tom replaces the retired Peter Hajittofi (Managing Director and Company Founder) and will be supported by Peter Mayhead in his new role as Chief Operating Officer and Ian Cockett remaining in his key role as Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Gittins has been with Pebble Beach Systems for 10 years, and previously held the position of Sales Director at the company. Tom is an effective communicator and results-driven sales professional and has been instrumental in the growth of product portfolios bringing a strong commercial focus in accessing new markets and territories.

The newly appointed COO & CFO, Peter Mayhead joined Pebble Beach Systems in 2013, working as the company’s Finance Director. With over twenty years experience in the broadcast industry, Peter played a key part as CFO at Pro-Bel in the successful management buyout from Chyron. Mr. Mayhead brings particular strengths and experience in supporting business growth through skills in team leadership, organizational management and business systems. Peter holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
