Advanced Systems Group (ASG) has announced the promotion of Gretchen Taipale to Vice President of Managed Services. This move follows Jody Boatwright's recent elevation to Chief Strategy Officer.
New Role and Responsibilities
In her new capacity, Taipale will set strategic direction for ASG’s Managed Services department, managing media operations and production services through a global workforce that supports leading enterprise organizations. Her responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of fully operational teams embedded at client facilities.
Previous Experience and Achievements
Taipale joins the executive team from her role as Managing Director of ASG’s Creative and Production Managed Services, where she led account management and agency services. Under her leadership, the group supported over 30 accounts and managed a workforce exceeding 500 professionals.

The growth of ASG’s Managed Services can be attributed to its expanding footprint in major markets such as New York, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, London, Seattle, Austin, and South Florida. This strategic expansion allows rapid mobilization of talent to meet clients' needs wherever they operate.
Taipale highlights the company's internal expertise, emphasizing that account and resource managers come from media and production backgrounds, ensuring deep domain knowledge.
