Gwen Braygreen has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Dalet, tasked with enhancing the end-to-end customer experience. The newly created role reflects Dalet’s commitment to operational excellence as it introduces new technologies and capabilities.
Braygreen's Role and Experience
Braygreen will oversee Dalet’s global Customer Success and Support organizations, ensuring a seamless journey from onboarding through long-term adoption and expansion. With over two decades of experience in customer success and operations, she has previously held leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, Aspect Software, and Aspect Communications.
Customer-Centric Strategy
The appointment is part of Dalet’s broader strategy to align leadership and processes around customer needs. Stephen Garland, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Dalet, highlighted the importance of this move: “Dalet is committed to ensuring customers get the maximum value from our solutions as we continue to innovate.”
Focus on Trust and Value Realization
In her new role, Braygreen aims to build trust throughout the customer lifecycle. She stated, “Trust is built or lost at key moments, from early expectation-setting through onboarding, day-to-day usage, and ultimately renewal.” Her focus will be on accelerating value realization and fostering confidence in Dalet’s offerings.
Braygreen will also work closely with product, engineering, and services teams to ensure customer insights influence roadmap priorities and operational decisions. This includes establishing shared standards for onboarding and adoption, strengthening feedback loops, and embedding customer impact into executive-level decision-making.
