DPA Microphones has introduced the N-Series Digital Wireless Microphone System to customers across the United States. The system includes wireless receivers, bodypack transmitters, handheld transmitters, and a new 2024 Vocal Microphone designed specifically for this line.

The N-Series offers robust wideband capabilities with dedicated diversity features, making it suitable for live events, house of worship services, corporate functions, and installed systems. Its extreme flexibility ensures compatibility with various microphones, including several DPA models, and is particularly beneficial for rental companies.

Christopher Spahr, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for DPA Microphones North America, expressed excitement about the system's introduction. “Our engineering team has designed a wireless solution that maintains DPA’s renowned sound quality while offering unmatched reliability and clarity in challenging RF environments.” The N-Series operates within the 470–870 MHz range, providing users with 400 MHz of flexibility.

High-Quality Audio and Encryption

Built as a fully digital system, the N-Series incorporates high-quality microphone preamps and advanced analog-to-digital conversion technology. It features AES256 encryption for secure audio transmission, ideal for corporate or governmental applications. The system also includes the DPA Audio Controller software, enabling remote control and monitoring via PC or Mac.

Design and Compatibility

The N-Series bodypack transmitters are ergonomically designed with two connector options—LEMO 3-pin and DPA’s new MicroLock® compact connector. Handheld transmitters feature the SL1 thread, compatible with most vocal microphone cartridges. The system can be used with a variety of DPA microphones, including the new 2024 Vocal Microphone.
