LEEDS, U.K. — Jan. 28, 2014 — Dr. Paul Tapper, founder of NUGEN Audio, will moderate a breakfast roundtable entitled “Loudness Implementation: Lessons Learned and New Directions” on Thursday, Feb. 20, at the 2014 Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA) Tech Retreat in Indian Wells, Calif. Later that day, Dr. Tapper will present NUGEN Audio’s innovative tools for high-end audio professionals during the event’s “Demos and Cocktails” session, scheduled 4:30-8 p.m.
The HPA Tech Retreat is a yearly informal gathering of top industry-engineering, technical, and creative talent as well as strategic business leaders focused on technology, from all aspects of digital-cinema, post-production, film, television, video, and related technologies for the exchange of information. This year’s HPA Tech Retreat is being held Feb. 17-21 at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells, near Palm Springs, Calif.
In addition to the breakfast roundtable and “Demos and Cocktails” session, NUGEN Audio will highlight its products in the demo room. The demo room will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 19 and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Feb. 20.
