Paywizard, the pay-TV subscription, billing and customer relationship management (CRM) specialist, is pleased to announce that global technology provider Cisco has welcomed the company as the latest vendor to integrate its solution into Cisco’s Infinite Video Platform, which enables broadcast-quality video on any device.

Cisco’s Infinite Video platform allows pay-TV service providers to create personalised viewing experiences across an array of devices, while reducing the cost of delivery per subscriber. Integrating the award-winning Paywizard Agile solution will allow operators to use Agile’s DecisionMoments Dashboard to seamlessly track the progress of subscribers through each stage of their customer journey, using insights to precisely guide service entitlement and effective marketing promotions and offers.
