Piksel, a global leader in building successful online video businesses, today announces the appointment of Scott Williams to the position of Executive Vice President for the Americas. Williams, a former AT&T and Time Warner executive, brings 15 years of digital media experience to Piksel.
In his new role, Williams will lead the Americas team in driving commercial growth across the region and expanding Piksel’s reach across the digital, broadcast, telecommunications, and cable markets.

Williams will also oversee Piksel Faith, which provides video live streaming and other digital services to churches, and Streaming Faith, the world’s first MCN serving the faith-based market.
While at AT&T, Scott filled a variety of roles including management of AT&T’s consumer portal and email service, att.net, uverse.com (AT&T’s TV Everywhere service), and was responsible for the creation of AT&T’s big data platform, T-Data. Prior to working at AT&T, Williams held executive positions with Time Inc., The Weather Channel and Turner Broadcasting, where he was one of the original mobile content pioneers, developing CNN’s mobile products and business across the world.
Williams holds a BS from the University of Miami and an MBA and JD from the University of Florida
