About the Job

Award-winning production company looking for a staff Post Production Manager to support our multiple documentary features and series on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities will include:

– Maintaining the inventory and tracking system for post equipment and drives
– Overseeing archiving of all projects including LTO creation and drive consolidation
– Putting new equipment into service and retiring old equipment; coordinating maintenance and repair
– Coordinating storage and shipping of post equipment
– Providing technical support to editing teams as needed
– Performing storage management for all projects in production and post
– Managing licensing requests of company films (i.e. exporting and delivering files)
– Managing Frame.io accounts for all projects
– Supporting post supervisors on individual projects to coordinate wrapping out of projects
– Overseeing post PAs

Requirements:
– Extensive knowledge of AVID and post workflows
– Minimum 2 years of experience as an AE or post coordinator/assistant at a major post house
