About the Job

A small but busy Manhattan-based production company is seeking an organized and efficient Production Coordinator with strong writing and communication skills. We produce feature-length documentaries, live events, and corporate content.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently in a very busy and high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate must be calm under pressure.

Responsibilities include booking crews around the world, coordinating production logistics, booking equipment rentals, creating expense reports, managing budgets, etc. You will primarily manage our corporate projects and live events, but will also be asked to work on our documentaries and other projects.

Must have experience in both production & administrative positions. Looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, great at multitasking, and has excellent research skills. Must have professional and polished written and verbal etiquette. Must be a demonstrated problem-solver with good intuition. Must be comfortable working both independently and with others.

Candidate should be flexible and capable of working on various aspects of the production process as needed. The ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude and meshes well with our small team.

This is a full-time office position, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

NOTE: This is NOT an on-set position. This is an office position.
