Rohde and Schwarz to Host Innovation Theatre at IBC2025

Tech Talks, Business Talks, and Live Experience Sessions spotlight the future of broadcast

 

The Innovation Theatre features a packed agenda across three streams:
Rohde & Schwarz will once again bring industry leaders, technology experts, and partners together at IBC2025 for its Innovation Theatre programme. Taking place from 12–14 September in Hall 8, Booth B70 at the RAI Convention Center in Amsterdam, the sessions will provide fresh perspectives on the latest technological developments in broadcasting, monetization, and future-proof business strategies.

The Innovation Theatre features a packed agenda across three streams:
Live Experience – including Smart Ads Management: Monetization of Mobile Live Broadcast (Rohde & Schwarz), Enhanced Emergency Warnings LIVE: Multimedia Broadcast for Crisis Communication(Rohde & Schwarz), Broadcast Everywhere: Last Mile Mobile & Fixed Reception (Qualcomm) and New Era of Mobile Live Experience: 5G Broadcast meets OTT (5G Broadcast Business Strategy Task Force (5BSTF) Team)

Business – including the 5G Broadcast Business Strategy Task Force (5BSTF): Targets & Goals (5BSTF Team).

Tech/Technology – covering topics such as, ATSC 3.0 Deployment Update (Madeleine Noland), 5G Broadcast – Latest OEM Prototype Solutions in Italy (RAI), and TV 3.0 in Brazil: The Next Chapter in Broadcasting (Globo), Satellite Ground Segment Transformation (Rohde & Schwarz).

With participation from the 5G Broadcast Business Strategy Task Force (5BSTF) alongside leading organisations and broadcasters, the sessions will explore how new technologies are driving efficiency, opening revenue opportunities, and enabling the next wave of broadcast innovation.
