Wayfair is looking for a driven & experienced Senior Production Manager to lead our in-house creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a broad range of production channels including TV, Online Video, Social, Print and Experiential. The Senior Production Manager will work alongside our in-house Creative & Marketing teams to help define our productions. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can mentor an already talented team to push our creative productions to new heights. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a broad understanding of productions and how to run them efficiently, has experience working on both large and small scale productions, is an excellent communicator and is an entrepreneur at heart!


  • Manage, coach and inspire a team of 10+
  • Establish and cultivate trust with creative teams and cross-functional leaders
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans and risk management assessments
  • Manage and prioritize several high priority projects at once
  • Works closely with team to set goals, performance evaluation and day-to-day mentoring; ensure production teams are supported and well trained
  • Prepare and disseminate communication and reports to key stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate challenges or potential roadblocks to senior management & partners
  • Lead meetings with marketing directors to align on production goals
  • Manage quarterly production budgets and oversee production roadmaps, ensuring accountability and that projects are adequately staffed
  • Evaluate our productions and periodically make adjustments to raise the bar on quality and efficiency
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20% during onboarding period


  • 5+ years of production experience
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading both large and small scale productions
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and leadership
  • Highly organized; strong at multitasking and prioritization
  • Strong willingness to learn and roll up sleeves in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to forecast budgets
  • Creative problem solver & strong critical thinking skills
  • High level of adaptability and ability to educate stakeholders on production processes
  • Experience in both in-house & agency is a plus
