Last year, S&K Technologies, Inc. recently acquired the Tucson-based International Towers Incorporated (ITI), which will take place at the 2020 NAB Show. SKT CEO Chad Cottet states “acquiring ITI expands SKT service and capability offering into the Cellular and Broadband communications, tower and broadcast infrastructure, and security markets. Much like SKT, ITI has grown from humble beginnings with the hard work and dedication of their employees, into the well-respected employer and national service provider that they are today.”
Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, ITI is a company with national scope and offices in Asheville, NC, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Jupiter, Florida. ITI is a licensed general contractor with over 30 years of experience supporting government, commercial cellular, and broadcast customers. ITI currently supports several U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) programs that include the Integrated Fixed Tower Program (IFT) and Remote Video Surveillance System Program (RVSS). ITI recently successfully completed the CBP Block-1 Sustainment Program and W. Arizona Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Upgrade Program. Going forward ITI will operate as International Towers, LLC (ITL), a subsidiary of SKT, with plans to enter the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) development program.
SKT CEO Chad Cottet continued, “From the first conversation with ITI, it was clear that they had the same employee and customer focus that would make the transition to SKT smooth. The quality of employees and services provided at ITI made what was already thought to be a winning combination, into a real partnership; opening up possibilities and opportunities for both companies.”
