Soliton and Canon partner to offer new Ultra-Compact H.265 Live Mobile Broadcasting Solution

Systems integrator Palma Technology is working with partners Soliton Systems and Canon to offer new live broadcasting solutions combining the Soltion Zao-S H.265 hardware encoder and a variety of Canon professional cameras in the US and Latin America. The Soliton Zao-S is the world’s smallest mobile H.265 hardware encoder enabling reliable HD live video streaming over 3G/4G/Wifi networks.  Zao-S been deployed by global broadcasters and public safety organizations to provide reliable high-quality H.265 live video streaming with low latency.

The integration with Canon XF205 and MM100-WS cameras provides a cost-effective  mobile video streaming solution with a high degree of reliability.  The equipment is ideal for domestic or international live events, mobile content creation, journalism, live interview and drone applications.  Soliton’s proprietary RASCOW load balancing technology facilitates reliable video contribution practically anywhere, even in remote locations and challenging bandwidth environments.
