This big time event begins with a VIP-only reception at 6 p.m., followed by the awards ceremony at 7 p.m., held at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel’s Pacific Ballroom. During the show, 31 categories of products and projects will be showcased and recognized for their contributions in the area of sound recording for film, broadcast, and video games! The nominations and categories cover the entire landscape of sound recording and the list is quite star studded. Also, don’t miss the two individuals (soon to be announced) that will be honored for their creativeness, innovating, and enterprising spirit that will be honored with the Les Paul Innovation Award. Past Les Paul recipients include Joe Perry (Aerosmith, Hollywood Vampires), Slash (Guns N’ Roses), Don Was (Was, Not Was), Lindsey Buckingham (Fleetwood Mac), Pete Townsend, Stevie Wonder, Todd Rundgren and others.

The submission process for Bands@NAMM is now open! Submissions will close on Thursday, September 28 at 5:00 pm PT. Please log in to create/edit your artist profile. If you do not have an account, you may create one
After the submission deadline closes, the Bands @ NAMM selection committee will review all submissions. All submissions will be notified regarding their performance status in late October 2017. Please note that over 1,000 performance requests are submitted with only 140 performance times available. If your band is not scheduled, please do not be discouraged but go ahead and submit a request to perform for the next show.
