THE ART DIRECTORS GUILD SETS DATE FOR 29TH ANNUAL EXCELLENCE IN PRODUCTION DESIGN AWARDS
LOS ANGELES, CA – The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) announces the 29th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards will take place on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025 at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown.
Each year, the ADG Awards celebrate the importance and impact of their members’ creative work in theatrical motion pictures, television, commercials, animated features and music videos.
“Once again it is our honor to celebrate the achievements of ADG Guild members from all four crafts at the 29th Annual ADG Excellence in Production Design Awards,” says incoming ADG President Dina Lipton, ADG and ADG Awards Producers Michael Allen Glover, ADG and Megan Elizabeth Bell, ADG, in a joint statement. “We’re thrilled to see what this year’s projects have in store.”
29TH ANNUAL EXCELLENCE IN PRODUCTION DESIGN AWARDS TIMELINE*:
- Monday, Sept. 23, 2024: Submissions open for all Television, Feature Film, Commercial and Music Video categories
- Monday, Oct. 28, 2024: Submissions close for all Television, Commercial and Music Video categories
- Monday, Dec. 9, 2024: Submissions close for all Feature Film categories
- Monday, Dec. 16, 2024: Online voting begins for all categories
- Friday, Jan. 3, 2025: Online nominee voting ends for all categories (5 p.m. PT)
- Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025: Nominations announced
- Monday, Jan. 27, 2025: Online voting begins for winners in each category
- Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025: Final online voting closes (5 p.m. PT)
- Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025: Winners announced at the 29th Annual ADG Awards ceremony
*Dates are subject to change.
To be eligible, theatrical motion pictures, television series, commercials, animated features and music videos made in the U.S. or Canada must be produced under an IATSE agreement. Rules for the 29th Annual ADGAwards will be posted on the ADG website soon. Foreign entries are acceptable without restrictions. Submission forms will be accessible at www.awards.adg.org, once submissions open.
