For every Camerimage Festival Transvideo is patron to a group of students. Jacques Delacoux explains: “This year Transvideo and K5600 Europe will support eight students from the French film school ‘La Cinefabrique’ in Lyon. The students will experience the film festival, be able to participate in the workshops and masterclasses, and will be presented with opportunities to establish contacts with industry professionals, manufacturers and rental companies, invaluable for their future careers. It is essential for student filmmakers to have an opening to the world-wide side of our Industry and this is what we are doing for them.”

In September 2016 the StarliteHD5-ARRI, companion monitor to the ARRI Alexa-Mini and Amira cameras, received the prestigious Cinec Award.

CAMERIMAGE, the International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography is a film festival dedicated to the art of cinematography and its creators, cinematographers. The unconventional format of the Festival, which awards films according to their visual, aesthetic and technical values, has become an alternative to traditional film festivals. The Festival proves to be a great forum not only for presentation but also for further development of international moviemaking, helping young filmmakers and integrating the community of those already recognized, allowing them to explore new artistic areas.
