The Production Assistant will assist the anchor and producer with research and coordination of guests for daily and future shows.
The Production Assistant will book guests and conduct pre-interviews, assist the anchor(s) with scripts, dubbing tapes, and other duties as needed.
-Search and edit videotapes under deadline.
-Assist in graphics and font coordination.
-Maintain tape library and coordinate tapes for playback.
-BA/BS in journalism, communications or related discipline.
-Television/Broadcasting background is preferred.
-Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Strong writing skills.
-Able to juggle many tasks at once.
