Leipzig, Germany, May 5th, 2026: Following a successful NAB Show in Las Vegas, DHD will promote examples from its wide range of broadcast-quality audio production equipment at the May 13th-14th Media Production & Technology Show in the Great Hall of Olympia London. DHD will be represented on stand K66 by Broadcast Solutions exhibiting the RX2 and TX2 mixers plus the RM1 ultra-compact broadcast audio production system.
One week on from MPTS, DHD will be represented by GBS Alliance and Stagetec Asia at Broadcast Asia (May 20th-22nd) in the Singapore Expo.
GBS Alliance will show a DHD TX2 space-efficient multitouch mixer plus the DHD Assist app which allows remote operation of a DHD mixing desk from a tablet, laptop or desktop PC. Stagetec Asia will showcase the SX2 and DX2 mixers.
“Visitors to each show will be able to experience the versatility, operational efficiency and robust construction that have made DHD digital audio mixers the preferred choice of broadcasters around the world,” says Christoph Gottert, international sales manager. “More than 10,000 DHD systems have been installed for customers including many of the most highly respected public service networks, independently owned stations and a growing number of online channels. All DHD products are developed and built at our Leipzig headquarters, ensuring very high quality control through every phase from initial concept to delivery.”
Recent additions to the DHD product range are the RM1 Pro ‘broadcast-from-anywhere’ portable production system, DHD’s AI-based audio noise reduction option plus the expanded capabilities of latest-generation 10.4 firmware.
The RM1 broadcast production system is just 1 kg in weight and 21 x 18.5 x 4.5 mm in size. It contains all the tools needed for applications such as live broadcast contribution, web radio and podcasting.
AI based audio noise reduction attracted strong interest among NAB visitors, enabling traffic noise and similar distractions to be attenuated from live or recorded content, including outdoor news reports or sports commentaries. Processing intensity can be adjusted quickly and easily at a DHD mixing console or remotely. Three stereo instances can be run simultaneously on a single XD3 core.
Available as a download for existing DHD audio mixing systems and included with all new models, firmware 10.4 offers three new configuration tools: Flex Channels, Mic Preamp Control and Channel Categories. Also included are a new control API for DHD AES67 interfaces; a Bitfocus Companion plug-in for the Elgato Stream Deck; a TypeScript Library for DHD Control API on the cores, and a Go Library for easy integration of DHD Control API in 3rd party software. DHD 10.4 firmware is compatible with DX2, RX2, SX2 and TX2 mixing consoles and processing cores.
